So what is financial health? Who knows? I think everyone would have a slightly different perspective on what this idea is compared to the next person but I believe it would have to go something like this:
To me good financial health would be when you are not worried about when the next bill is going to turn up, or have we got enough money for the next mortgage payment or if you will have enough money to fill your car with petrol and pay for the groceries, you would never be concerned if an unexpected event occurs like having to fork out hundreds for a trip to the dentist or pay for your kids next school excursion. All the weekly budgeted items would be covered for and there will be plenty of reserve for emergencies, travel, and the ability to buy meaningful gifts for friends and family and support causes you believe in.
One of the leading causes of stress in today's world is financial stress. I dare say we have all seen how varying financial situations have impacted the lives of families, friends and even felt the burden of financial stress ourselves. What can we do about it? There is an endless list of little things that we can do to help ease the strain of financial burden such as cutting back on an already finely trimmed spending budget, eliminating credit card debt and these are important aspect to address. But, and this is a pretty big but.
Why settle for just making small incremental changes to help alleviate financial stresses, scraping by when you can really take control of your money as well as your life.
Life is here to be lived and not to be bogged down stressing about financial problems, granted most of us must address financial stress, wouldn’t it be nice though if it wasn’t an every day chronic stress. Just imagine what life would be like if you could just eliminate that one major stress, I know its not the be all and end all of our existence but just think about how much easier life would be and the new opportunities that would open themselves to you if you had your financial health up to scratch.
So the next question is, are your finances in good shape? If not what are you going to do about it? There are plenty of options out there, all that's needed is burning desire for change and determination to follow through with your plan, with the right people helping and guiding you, achieving your financial independence is possible.See How Your Financial Health Can Benefit From The Wellness Industry
