Customer Loyalty

You have most likely heard the term customer loyalty before and you may have even been rewarded before for sticking with a particular brand. If not, it might be worth your while to shop around (pardon the pun) because companies these days are fighting more than ever to keep customers, and part of doing so is to reward their loyal customers with incentives such as, price discounts, shopping credits, cash back, product offers, birthday gifts and more.

I believe we should all be rewarded for staying loyal. After all, we are all parting company with our hard earned money week in week out every time we go to the shops. Not only are we staying loyal to a company be re-purchasing their products or services time and time again but we also tend to share the brand with others especially after we've had a good experience, other times we share inadvertently when the topic pops up in the course of a conversation which in turn can lead to potential sales for that particular brand.

Either way it is free advertising for that particular company. Word of mouth advertising is known as the most trusted form of advertising around and its something that company's and businesses encourage, and rightly so. The good companies of the world acknowledge this and reward their customers for spreading the good word about their brand.
